How to get a quote for pallet air freight?

1. Go to the Parcelhero quote tool and select Pallets

2. Enter your origin and destination details

3. Enter the weight and dimensions of your shipment

4. For shipments over 150kg, an air freight option will appear in your results

5. Select the air freight option to proceed to booking

6. At checkout, confirm your pallet count, final dimensions and weight

7. Complete your booking and receive your shipping documents instantly

What information do I need to have ready?

To complete your booking you will need:

• The full collection address, including a contact name and phone number

• The full delivery address, including a contact name and phone number

• The weight of your shipment in kg

• The dimensions of your pallet in cm (length, width, height)

• A description of the goods being shipped

• The value of the goods

• The reason for export (for example, sale of goods, gift, return)

For B2C shipments (shipping to a non-VAT registered recipient), you will also need to provide product identifiers for any goods valued at €150 or below, in line with the EU de minimis changes effective from 1 July 2026.
