What happens if the driver cannot fit my shipment onto their vehicle?

Occasionally your courier may not have enough room left in the dispatched van for your parcel. If this happens, go to track your shipment and choose the rebook option. 

Note: If the driver is unable to load your shipment onto their vehicle, even though it was correctly measured, you will not incur any charges for rebooking this collection.
