Parcel protection

Parcelhero offers £50 free parcel protection as standard. You can purchase parcel protection up to a maximum of £20,000 per shipment. Use the tool below to calculate the cost of parcel protection for your shipment.

Collection & cancellation charges

When a collection fails due to a shipper error, some couriers charge a fee for rebooking collection.

Manual Handling Surcharge

Applies to items between 1.1m and up to 1.5m, or with a 2nd largest dimension greater than 0.7m

Applies to items that require manual processing that are up to 1.1m length or where the 2nd largest dimension is 0.7m or below

Large package surcharge

This surcharge applies to every piece within a shipment that meets one or more of the following criteria:

Any package with an actual weight of more than 30kg
Any package that exceed 150cm in length
Any package that exceed a total of 300cm in length and girth combined [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height)]
